1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") define the rules and regulations for the use of the website located at resolvt.com/resolvt.pl ("the Site").
1.2. Service Provider: The Site is owned and operated by RESOLVT Sp. z o.o., located in Warsaw, Poland.

1.3. By accessing this Site, we assume you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page, do not continue to use resolvt.com/resolvt.pl.
2. Definitions
User: Any individual or entity accessing or using the Site.
Service Provider (RESOLVT): The entity providing intermediary, booking facilitation, and corporate ecosystem consultancy services.
Partner: Third-party venue or service entities (e.g., Piano Bar Warsaw, Piano Bar Prague, premium transit providers) to whom the User is referred.
Intermediary Service: The process of facilitating contact, inquiries, and booking appointments or reservations between the User and the Partner.
3. Scope of Services, Bookings, and Data Sharing
3.1. RESOLVT provides electronic services consisting of:
Providing information about Partner services, premium distribution, and locations.
Facilitating venue reservations, table bookings, and business inquiries via contact forms.
Distribution of newsletters and corporate marketing content.
3.2. Mandatory Data Sharing for Bookings: To coordinate reservations and events (such as table bookings at Piano Bar Prague or Piano Bar Warsaw), RESOLVT requires the User's explicit consent to share basic operational booking details (Name, Surname, Phone Number, and booking specifications) directly with the chosen venue Partner. The User acknowledges that the booking service cannot technically be executed or accepted without this data transmission.
3.3. Legal Disclaimer of Role: RESOLVT acts exclusively as an Intermediary/Lead Generator. We connect Users with Partners but do not participate in the final on-site service delivery.
3.4. No Service Provision: RESOLVT does not perform hospitality, catering, commercial venue operations, or final partner services. The final agreement for venue entry, consumption, or attendance is concluded directly between the User and the Partner. We are not a party to that agreement.
4. Technical Requirements
To use the Site effectively, the User must meet the following technical requirements:
An active connection to the Internet.
An updated web browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
An active email account for receiving booking confirmations or newsletters.
5. Intellectual Property and License
5.1. Unless otherwise stated, RESOLVT and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on resolvt.com/resolvt.pl. This includes assets from Pexels and Unsplash used under license. 5.2. Restrictions: You must not:
Copy, republish, or redistribute material from resolvt.com/resolvt.pl without written consent.
Sell, rent, or sub-license material from the Site.
Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material for commercial purposes.
6. User-Generated Content (Comments)
6.1. Parts of this Site may offer users the opportunity to post opinions. RESOLVT does not filter or edit Comments before their presence on the Site.
6.2. Liability: Comments reflect the views of the person who posts them. To the extent permitted by Polish law, RESOLVT shall not be liable for the Comments or any damages caused by their appearance on the Site.
6.3. Monitoring: RESOLVT reserves the right to monitor and remove any Comments considered inappropriate, offensive, or in breach of these Terms.
7. Hyperlinking to Our Content
7.1. Approved Organizations: Government agencies, search engines, and news organizations may link to our Site without prior written approval, provided the link is not deceptive and does not falsely imply sponsorship.
7.2. Linking Approval: Other organizations (consulting firms, trade associations, etc.) must contact kontakt@resolvt.pl for written approval before hyperlinking to our content.
7.3. Content Liability: We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your Website if you link to us. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims arising on your Website.
8. Cookies and Privacy

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. Information Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the information on this Site (including Partner details) is complete or up-to-date.
9.2. Partner Performance: RESOLVT is not liable for the quality, safety, operational service, or experience outcomes provided by venue or commercial Partners. Any disputes regarding the final on-site service (e.g., a table reservation experience or restaurant service) must be resolved directly with the Partner.
9.3. Technical Interruptions: We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by temporary Site unavailability or technical failures beyond our control.
10. Complaint Procedure (Reklamacje)
In accordance with the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means:
Filing: Complaints regarding the Site’s functionality or intermediary services must be sent to kontakt@resolvt.pl.
Response Time: RESOLVT will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt.
Resolution: We will make every effort to resolve technical issues or service disputes amicably.
11. Right of Withdrawal and Termination
11.1. Users may stop using the Site at any time. Newsletter subscribers may terminate the agreement by using the "Unsubscribe" link.
11.2. As the intermediary service (the act of referring/connecting) is performed immediately upon the User's request (form submission), the User acknowledges that the right to withdraw from that specific intermediary act is lost once the referral/booking request has been successfully transmitted to the Partner.
12. Final Provisions
12.1. Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Warsaw.
12.2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
12.3. Updates: RESOLVT reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
